Bon Jovi Comes Back To Country On Live On Letterman

Last week Brad Paisley brought down the house at Live on Letterman, and next week Rascal Flatts will bring another dose of country to the Ed Sullivan Theater, but this week it was Bon Jovi that rocked ’till the rafters shook. The Boys from New Jersey belted out the hits and a brand new song, but they also managed to kick it a little country too.

After all, Bon Jovi did record Lost Highway at Blackbird Studio in Nashville ,which boasts [lastfm]Kenny Chesney[/lastfm], [lastfm]Carrie Underwood[/lastfm], and [lastfm]Dolly Parton[/lastfm] among it’s many vets. The Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame nominees first country album was also their first album to debut at number one on the Billboard Hot 200. The album’s title itself is an ode to the [lastfm]Hank Williams[/lastfm] classic, and it featured collaborations with artists like [lastfm]Big & Rich[/lastfm], [lastfm]Jennifer Nettles[/lastfm], and [lastfm]LeAnn Rimes[/lastfm].

In case it’s been a while since you hit that “Lost Highway” check out Bon Jovi ripping it out on Live on Letterman.

Also, don’t forget to watch Bon Jovi playing some of their greatest hits and a brand new song, “What Do You Got.” Plus come back here on Monday, November 15th at 9 PM ET/ 6 PM PT to live-stream Rascal Flatts Live on Letterman concert in it’s entirety.
