Less than a week before her sure-to-be-amazing Live on Letterman concert webcast this Thursday, Dec. 16, Florence Welch of [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Florence And The Machine[/lastfm] fit time in her hectic schedule for an appearance last night at the 21st annual Almost Acoustic Christmas benefit concert extravaganza in Los Angeles.

And not only did she perform, but she generously took time out for interview her in her dressing room–which allowed a peek at her wardrobe. Curious?

Before she took the stage, our friends at KROQ got a chance to check out her suitcase, jammed full of impressive garments (including the billowy chiffon number she floated around in on the Almost Acoustic Christmas stage) and fancy footwear. Highlight? Gold-studded Louboutins that would make any fashionista blush/cream/smolder.

Other fun fact? Florence collects lipsticks at the airport, “little luxuries that keep you going.” They are all hot, whimsical, and precious – like Florence herself. Whatever her beauty secrets are, they are working. Florence looked like an angel on stage last night – matching her ethereal voice.

What’s Florence and The Machine been up to? They just performed at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert with a 60-piece orchestra and 20 strong choir. “It made me want to do orchestral gigs in the future.” We’re looking forward to it, Florence. Sky’s the limit for this heavenly spirit.
