Florence And The Machine: “Dog Days” Live In Studio, With Harp

When Florence + the Machine stopped by for a studio visit with our friends in L.A., they chose to perform what is fast becoming the group’s signature song, “Dog Days Are Over.” And along with acoustic guitar accompaniment by Robert Ackroyd–and, of course, the gorgeous vocals of Florence Welch–the live-in-studio performance included an instrument that few touring musicians tend to lug to radio gigs: a big, beautiful harp, played by Tom Monger.

Even if you’ve heard the song 10, 12, or 100 times already, this version stands out–give a listen!
