Coldplay Announces Live On Letterman Streaming Concert

We are proud to announce that iconic British band[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”] Coldplay[/lastfm] will perform an exclusive Live on Letterman concert direct from the legendary stage of New York’s Ed Sullivan Theater. The entire concert will stream live on Tuesday, September 20 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT, and you can watch it right here or on CBS.com.

Started in 1996 while lead singer [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Chris Martin[/lastfm] and lead guitarist [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Jonny Buckland[/lastfm] were still at university, Coldplay has spent the last 15 years breaking through musical boundaries, penning inspirational songs that have moved diverse audiences, and essentially recreating the definition of adult alternative music.

Coldplay’s songs have dominated radio, television, the Internet, movie soundtracks, and even commercials. Quite frankly, they’re everywhere. To help you remember how Coldplay grew to this level of success, jolt your memory with this musical retrospective of some of Coldplay’s biggest singles from the last decade.
